Draft, under review by counsel
Privacy
Updated October 25, 2026.
This page explains what information the Benehive site collects and how we use it. The short version: we collect only what you send us, plus the basic technical records any website keeps. We don't sell your information.
What we collect
- What you send us. If you email info@benehive.tech, we get your name, your email address, anything else you write and the time you sent it.
- The demo. We don't save the email or password you type to sign in. The demo gives your browser a temporary pass so you can look around, and that pass can't save or send anything. Please don't use a real password you use anywhere else, and don't enter real personal information.
- The presentation. We may keep a record of when it's opened.
- Technical records. Like any website, ours runs on a hosting company's servers. Those servers keep standard logs, such as your IP address, your browser type and the pages you asked for, so they can deliver the site and keep it secure. We don't use those logs to identify you.
Cookies and tracking
The Benehive home page doesn't use cookies, analytics, ads or tracking pixels. The page loads its typeface from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to fetch it. Google's own privacy policy covers that connection.
How we use it
- To answer you and follow up on your message.
- To show you the demo and the presentation.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for advertising.
Who sees it
The companies that run the site for us, such as our hosting company and our email delivery company, can handle it only to do that work. We may also share it if the law requires, or to protect our rights. If Benehive is ever sold or merged, your information may go with it.
How long we keep it
We keep what you send us as long as we need it for the reason you sent it, and as long as the law requires. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless the law says we have to keep it.
Your choices
To stop, reply STOP to any text, or reply to any email and ask us to stop. We'll stop contacting you. To see, fix or delete what we have, email info@benehive.tech. If you live in a state with its own privacy law, you may have extra rights, and you can use the same address to ask for them.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect what you send us. No website is perfectly secure, and we can't promise that.
Children
The site is for adults and businesses. It isn't meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
Links to other sites
Some links go to other sites. Once you leave the Benehive site, that site's privacy policy applies.
Changes
If anything here changes, for example if we add analytics later, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
