PEOs take your clients. Benehive gives you what the PEO was selling, with your name on it.
Every one of your clients hears it: their payroll company, a PEO, someone, offering them health benefits. Turn it around. You’re the one who knows benefits, so you call them, with payroll, compliance and everything else on your own platform. You don’t have to lose a client to this.
- A PEO is how a broker loses a client. It brings its own benefits, and the broker is out.
- License Benehive and your client gets everything a PEO gives them, on a portal with your name, your logo, your colors and your web address. The client stays yours.
- When a client says “my PEO offers all this,” you have the answer, one service at a time.
When a PEO walks in
The client signs one bundle, and the benefits go with it.
With Benehive
Benehive runs the services behind your name. The client sees you.
That PEO price isn’t the whole price.
Its fee is usually built into a charge per employee or a percentage of payroll, and the benefits, workers’ comp and unemployment come bundled, so the company can’t see what each piece costs.
A company with 50 or more full-time employees has to offer coverage that’s affordable and meets minimum value, meaning the plan pays at least 60% of covered costs. A Platinum plan goes far past that, and the company pays the difference.
The minimum value check shows your client exactly where that line is. They decide what to pay above it, and see every dollar, by service, on their own bill.
Everything the PEO was selling, one service at a time
Your client stays the employer and turns on what it needs from its own portal, with your name on it. Each service is its own line on the bill.
